"Checkin took a long time ..15 minutes + Difficulty understanding my bookings ( had booked 4 nights online, then had added 1 on for beginning of stay) Keys not activated so had to call for access to underground parking Elevator not working from underground parkade so had to take stairs with luggage, then go to front desk to get keys activated Hallway floors pretty dusty … not vacuumed for awhile"

"Suite was spacious. The pull out bed was very comfortable for our 5 year old son and the bedroom was seperate and private so we could stay up after he went to bed. The view of the river was beautiful. We all loved the pool and the restaurant served a really delicious breakfast. Great location. We will definitely stay here again."

"The hotel was fine, it was a good location near the airport and the price was reasonable. Room had a very musty smell and seemed “damp”. Beds were comfy enough. I would likely stay here again for one night just for ease of access to the airport but wouldn’t stay here for a long term visit."

"I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The room was extremely dirty and had a bad smell. The bathroom was in poor condition, and the shower curtain was yellow and looked very unclean. The bathroom also had an unpleasant odor. The towels provided in the washroom looked old, stained, and unhygienic, making me uncomfortable using them. "Room was dirty. Carpet had blood and gravel all over; you could not take off your shoes. Nothing like the pictures that are advertised. Refused a refund."

"It's not the worst hotel I've stayed in, but it had its issues. One of the two lightbulbs was burned out and not replaced. I get that the maintenance crew had left by the time I reported the issue, but it would have been nice to have it working for Saturday night. None of the power outlets were convenient to the desk, which was so wobbly as to be nearly unusable as such. Other furnishings showed their age, but that was cosmetic and didn't bother me. "Stay there 5 days but nobdy clean the room when I ask the cleaner there for help she ask me what’s wrong with the room and I said it just mud on the floor she said me that here is broom and dustpan you can use !!!!!😑"
