"Well there was one small light for the whole room on a switch. The fan in the bathroom was about to fly off the ceiling. Hot/cold water was iffy in shower. And the bathroom sink was plugged. I do like the Dove products in the shower though."

I forgot my wallet in the room and the lady couldn’t give me a key to the room, and no smiles from staff at all. If NIHB weren’t covering the rooms they would be out of business in no time"

"One of the better breakfasts I have seen. Many selections including sausage and egg muffins, yoghurt, waffles (with whipped cream & tons of toppings), breads, muffins, cereal, porridge, fruit, etc. Our room was very large with a full kitchen. Definitely comfortable for longer stays! I was a little worried when our room was right across from the elevator, but it wasn't noisy at all. Would stay here again."
