Nice property and very authentic. Nice staff and amazing support from every one. They understand customer service. Please take care of servicing equipment like elevator and door locks( two times my key card did not work). Overall, I would consider staying here.

Literally the friendliest people on earth. Absolutely stunning resort and chef A. Cooked some delicious cuisine. Views of the rice terraces were spectacular and a huge perk was the 5-7 min walk to the 2 most beautiful waterfalls.

Amazingly brilliant resort, very big, we stayedin the Palace section. Staff were excellent and very polite and helpful. Food was also excellent inc breakfast. Club lounge was brilliant and worth the extra when we booked.

Amazing staff , service and hotel. Have stayed here before in the main hotel 6 or 7 years ago.Stayed in the palace which is a little dated, pool deck in poor state and needs to be improved. Staff though throughout the hotel great. Great cocktails and snacks though beer average. Need more choice.beers.

The staff are great. We had a few room issues and it was sorted which I appreciated. However it was not really something that should occur in a hotel such as this. We were given a great upgrade but if that had not been offered I am unsure how I would feel about the resort. We had a blocked toilet and no hot water for the bath. I will state that one of the staff offered an upgrade after I explained my frustration. Other than that staff wonderful room very clean and well equipped.

Stunning grounds, beautiful facilities we stayed in the palace section of the hotel very accommodating, very friendly, food very consistent staff very accommodating even with a late flight offered us to use the facilities including a meal at the palace for snack time. Thank you already looking to book again with our extended family next time. This resort is next level. The lounge is lovely, and the staff are excellent. Miss Ericka went above and beyond to make sure that my son and I felt welcome and well cared-for. We definitely want to come back again soon. Our stay before our cruise leaving from the Benoa port was too short! The grounds of the resort are super well kept and stunning. I cannot say enough nice things about our stay and this property. The breakfast at the lounge was delicious.
