"This resort was absolutely beautiful. It feels remote and secluded while offering so many activities and delicious dining options that you'll never be bored. We didn't bring our young kids this time, but we noticed there were plenty of family-friendly amenities, including a kids' club, children's pool, playground, and organized activities throughout the day. It definitely made us wish we had brought them along! Breakfast was our favorite part of each day. Sofitel truly thinks of everything—the attention to detail and the exceptional service from the staff were second to none. Every interaction made us feel welcome and well taken care of. We can't wait to come back!"

"This place was amazing. I am really glad I chose a hotel vs Airbnb. The greeter at the door was always so polite. Wilmer (spelling unsure of) I think he may have Been a manager but as soon as I got there and told him it was my birthday he gave me a free room upgrade. The room was amazing I had 2 floors in which my upstairs led to a private jacuzzi with patio. The even had a slice of birthday cake waiting for me on my birthday. I loved the aesthetic and feel of the entire hotel. The dim lighting at the pool at night while eating brick one pizza was great. I also loved the fact they were open late till 11pm for food. The food was great there and having breakfast including made things so much easier. On a day where we didn't have plans I asked the front desk if they could help us find a salsa class and they were easily able to accommodate me. The location was great I felt safe in Getsemani. I like how they had free activities daily in which we did the walking tour. My only critique was that a few times some of my towels were a little stained, but was quickly resolved by calling the front desk for extra towels. I highly recommend staying here you will not be disappointed!!"

"I had an amazing stay at the InterContinental Cartagena. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and in a great location in Bocagrande, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and the historic center. The views of the Caribbean are absolutely stunning, and the pool area is a perfect place to relax. What really stood out was the excellent service. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and luxurious. I would definitely recommend the InterContinental Cartagena to anyone visiting the city. It was a wonderful experience, and I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Cartagena!"
