"What a truly amazing location. We enjoyed the cafe, museum and fruit market that was right next to the hotel. Walking the historic streets of Trapani really neat and the near by park has a Theater (Teatro Giuseppe Di Stefano) that hosts Opera during the summer and we were lucky enough to attend! "

The renovations to the building are well executed with old stonework and wood beam ceilings integrated into all the modern commodities. Big problem the shuttle back to the ferry which is offered as part of the service was refused apparently because the ferry left at 7.55am and the shuttle starts ay 8am. To be at tbe ferry the shuttle would need to have left at 7.30 !!! I was advised to get a taxi. I walked. The onsite shop and bar barista closed for tbe season midway through my stay.
