2/10 Terrible

"The hotel itself was fine, but we had a very uncomfortable experience with the front desk staff. At check-in, their systems were not working, and we were told we could go to our room and sign the credit card paperwork later “at our convenience.” Later that evening, staff began knocking on our door aggressively for the signature. We explained by phone that it was not a convenient time and were again told it could be done later, yet another employee continued pounding on the door and yelling for us to open it. My husband finally answered the door in a towel to try to resolve the situation, only to be told I personally had to come to the door and sign immediately as well. The employee’s tone and comments were unnecessarily confrontational and made an already embarrassing situation much worse. I completely understand needing a signed authorization form, but the way this was handled showed very little regard for guest privacy or professionalism."
