"7-17-26 Stayed 3 days
On first arrival the lobby door was locked. I rang the bell for 10 minutes. No one came. It was about 4pm. Only got in when a guest with a key entered. This was very frustrating and a security breach. The front desk, Bonny said they were in the back. Poor attention and unsatisfactory. One of 2 elevators inoperable. One of two washing machines inoperable. Pool was dirty: floating hairs and hair and dirt on bottom of pool. Parking was shared with Hampton Inn. Expedia did not...

"•Ac didnt really push out any cold air.
•Cockroach in the bathroom.
•A homeless man slept on the balcony next to our room, then he was in the breakfast area barefoot touching all utensils with his dirty hands. Ruined my appetite. Other than that is was an affordable stay but might not return"
