"The breakfast was good and included, I apppreciate that. My room was clean and the bathroom was renovated. My water was very cold in the night and morning. When I told staff about the water they were upset with me. I didn't want anything my stay was quick. So, I didn't understand why they had attitude when I was just informing them I didn't have any warm water. They said that they knew about the issue and that the water heater doesn't reach to the farther rooms. So, I'm thinking if they're aware...

"Where our room was ( 105 ) it was SO loud from the road noise. The blankets were very thin, but the heater was so LOUD too. I ended up grabbing blankets I had in the car and needed ear plugs to sleep. When we got there, the owner yelled at me to move my car within seconds of parking ( I was within the lines in a designated parking spot) while just trying to register. Then stood, stared, and shouted at me while I moved the car over more so he could squeeze 2 cars out of an area painted for one...

"Horrible disgusting hot tub. I reserved mainly to sit in it to relax. Dirty and jets were very bad - spewed water everywhere. Room was clean. Minimal towels and only one wash cloth was allocated. When we book for two people they should give two of each towel at a minimum."

"The staff was lovely and friendly when we checked in. The room was clean and fresh. The hotel is next to the 101 so there is highway noise all night long but we ran the fan to help drown it out. Also the mattress was on the soft side and likely ready to be changed out. But overall it provided what we needed."

"Room was spacious and clean. Property was next to a gas station. However, tv remote did not work, no outlets to charge your gadgets within easy reach, and water gets too hot quickly and can’t be easily tempered."

"Our room has 3 king beds for 5 adult travelers. It was great!!! Spacious and we were able to all stay together in one room. The coffee machine in the lobby was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful."
