"Rooms are a little run down and had a little smell, def could use an update!"

"One of the things I liked about this room was that it was clean and large enough for our bags. The faucet was however broke and dripped water all night (we got in late and didn't realize the issue couldn't immediately be fixed) and the air conditioner was super loud. People were loud in the hallways. There are plenty of hotels closer to the airport that were affordable and would be cheaper with an Uber so I definitely would not do this place again. It needs to be updated and doesn't offer much."

"My experience: I stayed for 1 night because of a long layover. -Sheets are dirty, with fuss, and with hair. Faucet has water marks, and shower looks dirty. -The toilet looks dirty inside as well. -Dust behind bes -Couldn't contact anyone at front desk from thr room because it gives you a busy signal and then when you call from your phone no one picks up or they leave you on hold for 20+ minutes or never answer (same thing happened when I was trying to find out where to get the shuttle at the airport). -I had to go downstairs and get a bag with sheets to put on myself because there was no housekeeping available at night. -Additional sheets given were also stained. -There is no elevator and I was in a delicate condition to continue walking all the way to the lobby from where I was. -Ice machine on first floor. -Hallways are also dirty and smell. Perks: Has a pool outside and a connecting restaurant/bar. Lobby looks updated and nice; close to airport with free shuttle. If you don't mind all of the negatives I just mentioned, I hope you enjoy your stay! "

"I would not go back, the room was super outdated, the furniture was very old, smelled funky, the ac and and bathrom fan both needed to be replaced because they made veryyy loud noises. The shower had no curtain and all the water went on the bathroom floor. The bedsheets had stains on them and every day we left the bed so they could see them, they didn't replace them until we took The sheets off outselves and put them on the floor. When we got to the room, there was a dirty towel on our balcony and it was not removed until day 4 of us being there. The second story pool is very outdated. The other pool by the beach was very tight, we went out around 11am and we were never able to get beach chairs because they were filled so we were forced to go to the beach to lay out. Our front door was very hard to lock and unlock. There was people partying next to us a few times and it was incredibly loud. Moral of story, we paid $350 a night and this was what we had to deal with. I couldnt wait t come home and sleep on a clean bed."

"My only issue, and it's a big one, was the mattress. My room had a queen bed, which was really two twin beds put together, andI kept finding myself sinking in the middle where the split between mattresses were. Couldn't tell when you weren't in the bed, but when you laid down, it was very noticeable. Very dissappointing, but I liked the hotel and the room and the staff. The bed is a dealbreaker though. I had a horrible night sleep."

"The room was clean, however, the door to the bathroom did not close completely. It seems to have been swollen."
