We had a great experience at the Plough! We were there for a function and the staff could not have been friendlier! Room was clean and very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent and a great value at £10. Eady walking distance to centre of town. I would definitely stay again!

When I checked in, I was automatically upgraded to a larger room. Staff were friendly and accommodating. My suitcase was carried up to my room by a staff member. I paid extra for the breakfast for convenience. Walkable to plenty of shopping and restaurants. It was a 15 minute walk from the train station.

Awesome Stay!

The stay was amazing. It was my first stop over from lying from Africa. The staff are incredible and very friendly. I highly recommend the Plough hotel for anyone visiting Northampton

Convenient for town centre and sightseeing but surounding streets were drab and run-down. Very small number of staff, who went above and beyond to make us welcome. No lift and quite a few stairs (could be tricky for some). Room was extremely small but included fridge - useful in the heat.

Hotel night stay

Had a great stay at the hotel. It was clean and a nice place to relax. Staff are friendly. Loved having dressing gown and slippers in the room. The hotel was mid way between the places we needed to visit so was great. Would definitely go there again.

Maria and her colleague at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. Lovely warm welcome. Hotel is in a convenient area of town for shops, river, canal, pubs. Parking was available.

I was welcomed by 'Christine' at the front desk on my arrival, she was so welcoming, smiling, friendly and she was most helpful throughout every aspect of my stay and nothing was a problem for her.
