"A great place to stay overnight. The beds felt like they needed replacing soon. It didn’t help that my room had a link door and I could hear most of the conversation from the couple in the next room, through the link door. The breakfast was excellent. Thank goodness they didn’t get up to anything else!! The breakfast was excellent. I had a great choice. I would return again if I could guarantee no link doors in the room! "

"The hotel building and car park are satisfactory, and the staff are frindly. However, the mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable—the pillows felt old, and the mattress seemed worn out, with springs that made sleeping feel like sinking to the bottom. Additionally, the bathroom had low water pressure, which made showers less enjoyable. Overall, while the staff and facilities are fine, the bedding and bathroom issues significantly affected my stay."

"Excellent food, friendly staff, nicely decorated pub. Bedroom itself was a bit dark as the wallpaper was dark grey, as were the curtains etc. Also, there was a very bright security light outside which made sleep difficult. Shower screen dud not go all the way around the shower, resulting in a wet floor."
