"The Cleaning staff worked very hard to keep the hotel clean and went above & beyond to try to assist us. The hotel is just in a shambles & falling apart."

"Rooms were mangled and we got three for a family trip, spent 1963 for 2 nights…. The management won’t even reply to calls or emails with photo evidence of the disgusting state of the rooms elevator parts were falling off while riding it. I had to return that to the front desk cause it looked to be a hazard toilet paper dispenser in our room was work. The laundry closet pole was hung up with medical tape. There was an exposed mouse trap, hanging out behind a closet in the room. Just horrible experience no also no breakfast and fire alarms going off in the middle of the night and the cherry on top was they gave us towels with makeup stains on them as “clean towels “"

"Hotel staff was great. Beds and pillows are super comfy. They serve hot breakfast as early as 6:30am which was convenient for us. If new to the area and parking overnight, just know that it is on the side of the building and it cost us $28, which was a surprise to us when checking out. Other than that, all was super easy for a one night stay."

"The hotel was a perfect location, staff were nice and hotel was pretty clean. The bathroom in our room had used wash clothes hanging from the towel holder, but the bathroom itself was spotless. I think it was just an oversight. I called down and asked for towels and wash clothes to be replaced. We waited an hour, but had to leave due to tickets for a show. When we got back the new towels and wash clothes were just laying on the dirty floor outside the room. Not impressed by that. Otherwise, parking was easy and safe, hotel was fairly clean, easy check in and check out"
