"Unfortunately, if I could give zero stars I would. The property is in disarray. The rooms were not clean, there’s no housekeeping service. You have to go to the front desk and beg for towels. We were there for High Point market and they canceled the shuttle service to take us to market so we had to pay to get there which was unexpected. The elevator did not work and the door to get in the building that is supposed to be locked and only accessible with your key was accessible whether you had a key or not. The front desk staff was apathetic and just shrugged their shoulders and said sorry, under new management. The odor in the hallways was musty and even rancid in the staircase. We were weary about staying at a Roadway Inn, but saw the reviews and thought it was going to be tolerable. It was not."

"The hotel was very convenient and the staff has been very helpful and friendly! I had changed my date of check in with Expedia weeks before arrival and had a confirmation of it, but unfortunately they somehow didn’t change it with the hotel and my room was canceled, but thankfully the hotel called me as I was traveling there and held the room for me, they were amazing."
