"I booked 2 rooms for 1 night, June 25/26. I had stayed at this property before a couple of years ago. I found the property very different this time. The windows had no shade or drapes, just a sheer panel that you could see through. The bathrooms are old, the tub had rust all round it and the toilet was so small it looked like it was for a child. My son slept in the one room and he couldn't sleep because the sheets were washed with something that made him itchy all night. I had emailed the...

"You have a prime location in North Bay that you could really take advantage of, unfortunately the establishment is in dire need of modern updates. We will not return, unless renovations happen, and pride of ownership improves."

"You shouldn’t advertise a kitchen if you’re not gonna provide cutlery and plates and such. Nobody travels with these amenities. No pool cues for the pool table was another letdown. Other than that, the beds were comfortable and the staff was super friendly."

"Both tub and sink taps need to be fixed. Leak and sprayed a little water. Tops of Bathroom baseboards need to be painted or cleaned up. Main room was very clean and beds superb.Staff great breakfast good and parking fine."

"Rooms and shared areas were moderately clean. Curtains in our room were a bit torn up and to get them to close I had to fix up where they hook on to the actual window a bit. Chairs in the room were old and a bit stained. Bathroom was alright. Swimming pool area was clean but pool itself was a bit dingy not horrible. Front desk ran out of towels for the swimming pool so we couldn’t get any. We have a four year old and there wasn’t really anything on the room service menu for a kid which is fine...
