"This property has an amazing view from the top floor rooms. The rooms are comfortable with nice bedding. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Nice buffet breakfast but get there early or you may not find a seat. Amazing pool overlooking the mountains, valley, and white temple. Much maintenance needs to be done: painting walls that are marked with years of use, water structures need upkeep, some weren’t running and stagnant water wasn’t pleasant to see, lily pads need to be maintained, walking paths need to be replaced or repaired. It’s a unique property in a great location and with additional maintenance it could be a really great place."

"They did a fantastic job of hosting our family. The room was ready ahead of time and they surprised us and our girls with a cure room setup (teddy bear, tent, kiddy bedsheets). Very thoughtful and thorough."

"Very nice hotel for family with kid with small playground area and activities for kids to do during the day. Staff are very friendly and polite. They‘ve also have complimentary airport transfer for drop off at the airport. Very convenient."

"We had a wonderful stay at Bella Nara! The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety of options each morning. We also loved the beautiful pool and spacious gym, which were great amenities to enjoy during our stay. The location was incredibly convenient for exploring Chiang Mai, too. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Chiang Mai!"

Despite some complications with our reservation, they have been very accommodating and still when above and beyond to make our stay very special. We would love to stay here again."

"Almost everything was perfect! Only one glitch…coffee and tea ordered at seating at breakfast buffet was neglected 2x after 45 minutes of waiting and second request was made. Corrected after buffet closed."
