Cleaners were very good. The reception were not friendly at all. Breakfast for the 7 days we stayed was the same everyday-they should have change or intervals every other day for the menu. Place was relatively cheap.

Facilities were very comfortable and economical. The in hotel breakfast restaurant was very good and worth the surcharge to the room rate. We would go there again if we found ourselves going to Sapporo in the future.

"The hotel is adequate. Our room was spacious enough to make our 5 nights stay comfortable. Its biggest plus is access to the grand baths across the road. On-site bakery is great. There is no reception as such, staff from bakery multi task. The main issue was Wi-Fi or lack of it on the 6th floor."
