"Without a doubt, Olina, Business Manager, made the difference. Since we arrived she offered sodas to compensate for our short delay at registering. When we needed to collect our laundry from a nearby laundrymat, she sent a driver to do so. Food is very good, not excellent selection, but good quality. Rooms are good enough. "Great hotel. Large and very comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast. The location of the hotel near the metro is very convenient for transportation even by taxi. The only thing I recommend to the hotel is to put armchairs in the lobby. The lobby is huge and there is no place to sit when waiting for the family. Very efficient and good service. Excellent room service. A highly recommended hotel. Location near a mall with restaurants and Decathlon store. A bit far from the center but easy to get to by metro or taxi so it doesn't matter"
