"Clean brand new hotel"

"I would strongly advise anyone considering staying at Candore College Residence in North Bay to book elsewhere. My four-night stay was completely unacceptable and one of the worst lodging experiences I have ever had. During my entire stay, my towels were never replaced and my sheets were never changed. Basic housekeeping standards were ignored, and when I brought up my concerns, staff were rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help. The most serious issue occurred at 2:17 a.m. on my fourth night...

"Stopped in on my way to Winnipeg. Staff was friendly and helpful! Room was clean. Nightly rate was more than reasonable! Parking was convenient! When you get a room under $100 especially these days, you don’t expect to much, but I was very pleasantly surprised how nice it was. 100% will stay again on my next trip!"

"Utensils are included. Everythong is clean. We needed to do our laundry, they do not have it but Vim was like, let me call up my buddy 😊 but we decided not to do it anyway. Still, he was helpful."

"Small hotel, priced right, everything worked as it should wonderful owner , Clean , Not poshy, everything wirkedcrr well, fridge With freezer made ice, little coffees pot worked great, iron with ironing board, excellent pressure in the shower My point is sometimes you pay big money at a big hotel and half the stuff doesn’t work or they haven’t changed the bedsheets. "Excellent stay. Staff very helpful and caring. We arrived very late and the front desk made us fresh coffe and Tea. Rooms very clean, loved the shampoo& conditioner in the shower. Breakfast was good waffles,eggs,sausage,and many other extras. Only stayed one night but would defiently stay again."

"You have a prime location in North Bay that you could really take advantage of, unfortunately the establishment is in dire need of modern updates. We will not return, unless renovations happen, and pride of ownership improves."

"Breakfast was REALLY good and plentiful! R Especially the eggs and waffles. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Its an older hotel but they're definitely keeping up. Tons of parking on all sides of hotel so you can see your vehicle. Would absolutely love to stay here again. "
