"Everything was amazing until the end I would give 5 stars otherwise. I don’t think they liked that I had 20% off for Expedia benefit. After I paid and left a nice tip for the staff. I decided to buy water, they charged me 30 quetzal ( $5USD) so more expensive than a fancy resort. I paid but it was annoying to take advantage of me.
