"The staff here are absolutely the most helpful and sweetest. The hotel is perfect for a boutique hotel. The night life seemed to quite popular as well and right around Fulton market! I definitely recommend.
Also the coffee bags ? PERFECTION. Just had to add that "
"I was so tired and hungry and the restaurant was quick and the food was delicious even the dressing for my salad. I like the menu change to small bites and salads. It makes me feel Comfortable to go down to the 15 th floor alone and grab some food and sit in the pretty lobby. Thanks. Great trip. "
"Awesome hotel! Great view from our room. Front desk staff was super nice and let me take a teddy bear they had on their desk (I think they may give them to kids but she let me have one lol). The room we had was sexy! Huge tub that was roomy enough for both of us to enjoy and... The walk in shower was also very large and nice. We didn't get a chance to see the rooftop bar but the pics online looked really cool. Coffee on 3rd floor was good and strong! Thank you Hyatt for a great stay!"
"As a solo traveler, I felt safe the entire time I was here and in the areas surrounding the hotel. The staff were friendly and the interior of the hotel lobby is beautiful. The hotel was clean and centrally located to all the things you “have to see/do” when in Chicago! "
