Wonderful property. The staff were attentive and lovely, the hotel itself is stunning, and the restaurant was amazing. We highly recommend this hotel near the base of Mt Etna.

Good but could do with improvements

This hotel was nice, however a few things was a miss. first you cannot use the pool after 5pm, the spa was closed and out of service. The room only had one mirror that was in the toilet, so if a couple trying to get ready not enough mirrors to get ready. The toilet also didnt have anywhere to hang the towels, or anything on the floor as it was a tiled floor and slippery. The toilet door also had a bright red emergency fire exit bar as the locking mechanism, very weird? Overall a good, clean place, however few things that wasnt a 5 star in my eyes, along with no draft beer? As an international traveler i would expect all facilites to be available and working otherwise a discount to be offered or something offered instead. Breakfast also could be improved as pre order is good but the delivery is slow and menus is small

Perfektion ….sjældent har vi været så dejligt et sted .Vi blev opgraderet og mødt med en venlighed og bobler . Stedet er helt nyt og bygget i flot design og den skønneste udsigt til Etna . Alt personale er så imødekommende og gør alt for at føle os velkomne . Vi har nydt de skønneste pizzaer og morgenmad …absolut verdensklasse .Her er stille og roligt og den skønneste pool og indendørs spa ….de bedste anbefalinger fra os ….vi kommer igen !!!!!

Très bel hôtel et très bon restaurant. Notre chambre était spacieuse avec une terrasse et une jolie vue. Le Spa est très appréciable après une longue journée ou pour bien la démarrer. Seul le petit déjeuner n’était pas au niveau du reste.

Aussergewöhnliches Hotel

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Mōn. Das Hotel wurde erst vor sechs Monaten eröffnet und bietet sehr komfortable Zimmer, gute Betten und Duschen, was in Italien ja nicht oft der Fall ist. Die Lage ist ausserhalb mit Blick aufs Meer. Das Restaurant bietet sehr gute Pizzen und Fleischgerichte an.

Il nostro soggiorno al Mon Luxury Rooms è stato eccezionale! Fin dall'arrivo, siamo stati accolti con calore dallo staff e abbiamo trovato la camera pronta prima del check-in. Elegante e curata in ogni dettaglio, con un bagno in marmo raffinato, la camera offriva tutto il necessario per un comfort totale: prodotti da bagno di qualità, accappatoi, asciugamani e kit per l’igiene personale. Abbiamo apprezzato la spa gratuita fino alle 17:00, con acqua calda e rilassante e un brindisi di prosecco offerto, creando un’atmosfera conviviale con gli altri ospiti. Per la cena abbiamo deciso di provare il ristorante della struttura e l’esperienza si è rivelata all’altezza del soggiorno. Il personale di sala, sempre gentile e attento, ci ha accolti con un delizioso antipasto omaggio, segno di un’attenzione speciale verso i clienti. Abbiamo gustato un tagliere di altissima qualità e, come piatto forte, le pizze realizzate da Luciano Carciotto, vere opere d’arte gastronomiche. La colazione alla carta è stata altrettanto memorabile grazie alla signora Tina, che ci ha deliziati con cornetti vegani, pancake soffici e opzioni salate come omelette, bacon e formaggi. Mon Luxury Rooms è un luogo che non solo ha soddisfatto, ma ha superato le nostre aspettative in ogni aspetto. Consiglio questa struttura a chiunque desideri un soggiorno all’insegna del lusso, della qualità e della cura per il cliente. Non vedo l’ora di tornare! Grazie di cuore per aver reso il nostro soggiorno così speciale!
