"The room was very large but the bathroom was way to small. As soon as you opened the door the toilet was right there and the shower was right next to the toilet. There was less than 3 feet from the shower to the door."

"Food was very delicious for a hefty price, but it's miami, so get used to it. Old building with very dated rooms. No way to adjust temperature in the room. Access to pool and hot tub. The hot tub was incredible! Good customer service. However no way to call front desk from the room. "

"Got a suite upgrade which was delightful after a long day of travel. Looked after well in the Cove Bar: excellent Cuban sandwiches and amazing wings. Slept well on a comfortable bed and woke refreshed ready for our cruise! Highly recommend!!"

"The hotel is old and needs repairing painting and fixing. There were no lamp in the room had to use the bathroom light. No hot water, unacceptable. Staff however was very friendly and try to take of our needs the best they could. Room overpriced would not recommend "
