Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Staff are friendly and helpful. Centrally located to many activities. There is a small store that has snack and drink options. The breakfast selection had enough items that most indivals will find something to eat. I would stay there again. Thank you to all the staff; your kindness made our girls get away even more enjoyable.

Property is undergoing reservations. We were unaware when we arrived. Outdoor seating is not complete yet and was unsightly. The pool is smaller and stuffier air than expected. The staff was great. I believe it would have been nice if a gesture of a free coffee or water would have been offered upon arrival for the inconvenience of the construction or perhaps a discount. We did love the location though. Parking was convenient and it was walkable.

I had a great stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Niagara Falls. The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a room with a balcony, which was a fantastic bonus and made the stay feel even more special. The hotel also has great parking facilities, making it very convenient for guests travelling by car. Another big advantage is the excellent location, as the hotel is very close to Niagara Falls, making it easy to walk over and enjoy the views and attractions. Overall, a very comfortable stay with friendly service, convenient parking, and a great location. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Niagara Falls.
