"Olg theater was accessible by tunnel,no need to walk outside. Our room has a large wet patch on carpet. The heating did not work and there was no hot water. After multiple calls to front desk we finally got a new room. This did not happen until 12:30 am They said they would upgrade for inconvenience ..."
