"The overall stay was very good, from cleanliness and dining room help, to comfortable beds and clean sheets. Our only complaint was about one of the reception staff. He was an older man with extremely white hair (he may have been albino) He was very rude to me when I asked for directions on a map as to our position there, suggesting in his "repartee" that I didn't know that water runds down hill. 83 years old and I didn't know that?? Also when I checked out he was engrossed in a phone call,...
