The Lincoln Hotel

Woodcocks, Lincoln by Marston's Inns
The clean and well equipped rooms are in a separate building to the pub itself so there are no food smells or customer noise. The setting is lovely with walks and the marina nearby. There is plenty of parking (free). All in all, great value for money.

Apartment 5
We never stayed in the apartment we had book as told this was already occupied. We was given apartment 11. This was fine but a lot of road noise.

The Plough Retreat
Disappointed with room, cold - one radiator didn’t appear to work and one needed reprogramming in order to get warmth. The duvet was thin meaning we were cold during the night, and the bed was uncomfortable, so much so we nearly got up and drove home. Shower had black mould on head & pipe. There ...
