We all absolutely loved this place perfectly situated for what we wanted and was very suprised at the size of villa 1 will definitely book again here.Staff were very helpful and the traditional breakfast was perfect and freshly cooked

Great all round

Great all round. Villa 12 was nice and spacious. Unusually the bedrooms are on the ground floor and upsrairs the living area. Location is good. Walkable into newquay centre in about 20 minutes. Discounted breakfast each morning for residents is a nice touch. Staff all friendly and if we returned to cornwall would definitely stay here again.

Perfect base to work from in the conrwall area and in particular newquay. good wifi. lovely clean tidy and well appointed villa. great communications from the booking and liked so much have booked again next week. highly recommended

The property is within walking distance to the beach. Adequate parking space. Quiet. The apartment was clean. Furniture was old but decent. Sofas and sofa-bed looked pretty new though. We arrived at around 9:30 pm and it was pretty dark and it took us a while to find the apartment as there was nobody at the office to show us. Since the apartment we rented at the back near the car park, there was no views of anything.

Amazing apartments

Two bedroom apartment was amazing. With a fully functional kichen with everything you will need. Plenty of space with a three piece suite and a dining room table. Each area including the bedrooms has double patio doors leading out into a small private seating area. There two toilet rooms, one with a shower and one with a bath. One parking space is allocated to each apartment with more available on request. There is also a small swimming pool directly outside the apartment, with a barrier round it to stop kids falling in. Might be worth asking if they provide child gates for the stairs as the sleeping area is downstairs and the top of the stairs are just at the side of the front door as you go into the apartment. The beach is 2 minutes walk and the town centre around 25 minutes which is a pleasant walk along the side of the beach. I was working in the area but wouldn't think twice about staying here with my family.

Fabulous stay!

We had a fabulous stay in one of the beautiful garden apartments. So peaceful and fabulous views to the beach. Apartment was clean and well equipped with everything we needed as well as finished to a high standard. We enjoyed the breakfast in the hotel which set us up for the day. All staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Bonus was having the pool during such glorious weather. Will definitely return.

I loved my stay at the porth apartments, it had its own 3 minutes walkway to the beach. The pool was heated and had jets . The only thing about the apparent was the spiders on the celling .

Perfect holiday apartment

Exceptional property in perfect position. Condition/cleanliness etc was first class, cannot fault it. Apartment had all the facilities you would need, was very spacious, the perfect place to relax. Could not fault anything. Should we return to the area this will be the first place we will look at, would love to come again. No hesitation in recommending this property. Very happy holiday

Excellent holiday

Excellent accomdation. It was fully fitted with crockery, pots and pans, towels and bedding. The outdoor swimming pool was warm and clean. My only issue is that there was no laundry facilities. It would have helped alot. We will be coming again!

Great place

The check in process was really good. We received communication the day before with codes and how to get into the property. Loved having a dedicated parking spot. The property was spacious and clean. Loved the big soaker tub and huge bath towels. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was great to have and seemed well stocked. It was a really nice touch to have hot chocolate and biscuits as well as tea there available for us. Would definitely recommend and come back

Very impressed

What a great find. Comfortable, clean and modern. Well designed layout with everything that you need. Right next to the beach too. Hotel was shut due to COVID but the pool was open. Quiet location that allows a good nights sleep. Recommend!!!!

Spectacular, home from home. Very comfortable clean and fully equipped. Great location , very central for all attractions within Cornwall (Eden project, Lands End St Michaels Mount). Cornwall is just a lovely place to visit

A lovely few days away, with storm dennis!

What a lovely apartment, it was home from home. The kids loved it. Shame about the phone signal for ringing up our friends that we was visiting, but the WiFi worked, so still managed to keep in contact. We had normal TV, catch up and Netflix, as we didn't go out in the evening due to the lovely rainy weather. Either way, an enjoyable stay

Lovely family holiday

Location is brilliant. Very close to porth beach, and not too far from shops, which is important if you're in self catering. The facilities were good, the pool was lovely and warm and it was great for the kids. Our villa was lovely and big. Lots of space for 4. Only issues I had were that our villa was a pain to get our stuff in and out of owing to location of car parks in relation to our front door; and the bed (double) was too soft. Felt like the mattress had long past it's lifespan. Hotel food was very good, in terms of value and quality. Will be going back again though.
