Highly recommend the Attwater. Great location! Less than 10 minute walk just about anywhere. The breakfast was great! Fresh berries, toast, breakfast casserole, oatmeal, granola, etc. They also had fresh coffee out for the whole day. We came back after a long day and they had fresh baked cookies waiting. The room was great, too. Plenty of space and they had a great deck out back for guests to enjoy. They get an A+ on everything!

Staff was amazing! And extremely helpful! Rooms are a bit run down and carpets and painting of woodwork needs major improvement! Beds and linens are very nice! The normal rooms are extremely small! Bathrooms are impossible to move in. Your staff once again were the best! Location is also great!

This stay was unexpectedly excellent! My wife and I have never stayed here and were pleasantly surprised. Rooms were very clean. Complimentary breakfast in the morning was great to get your day started. Peter was an extremely knowledgeable resource in helping us plan our days when we didn’t know what we should see. We will definitely be coming back in the future. Very nice stay a 10 minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of downtown Newport.
