Lovely place to stay for the Quayside or Ouseburn areas. Staff are always friendly and helpful without being overbearing. Shout out to Yassine on reception for his warm welcome, and for sorting us out with a lovely, quiet room. We'll be back

Lovely welcome to hotel du vin, we stayed on the night of our wedding and were blown away by the complimentary upgrade we were given, the room and extra touches were fabulous.
We had a lovely couple of nights in the hotel The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean and comfortable
Although it is situated about 25 mins walk from the centre we found 2 great pubs nearby.
Lovely hotel in great location near the quayside. Staff very helpful and bar relaxing to get a drink in. Room was spacious and shower great - however, it was a bit tired and needs a refresh, the bed was a bit firm as well.
Genuinely friendly and professional staff, next level service, great food, beautiful building and room, short and beautiful walk along the tyne to/from city center. Through and through quality. Highly recommended.
