"Good"

"The room was spotless and comfortable for a one night stay. The management was organized for remote check-in. There was a sign at the front desk with a phone number to call. The friendly woman who answered then texted the room code and that was that. It is the first time I never met, or saw, a staff member during an entire stay at any accommodation. However, they were available by phone if needed."

"Not to many restaurants in town. Grazer's was the best thing. Close to Custer, wii stay there next time. Breakfast is slim."

"A real throwback property. Very "motor lodge". Uniquely situated in what seemed like a mostly residential area. Room was cozy (read "small"), especially the bathroom, but comfortable. Climate control was just ok. Staff made excellent recommendations both for a restaurant for dinner and for a scenic drive to take on the way to Mt. Rushmore. Mosquitoes were ruthless."

"Great experience. Very clean. We had an issue with the air conditioner in one of our rooms. They were very polite and came up to our room immediately to try to fix it. When that didn’t work they gave us a new room and offered to help us move our stuff. They apologized multiple times and made sure the room they moved us too had a working air conditioner. Very spacious and clean rooms. Very comfortable beds."

"Our room was located at the very end of the complex next to the exit sign. Our bathroom door had been punched in multiple times. It had sharp wood fragments poking out. There was a great big stain in the middle of the carpet. I was staying with a little dog and so I took a picture to make sure I wasn’t charged for the damage. "EverSpring is centrally located for visiting all the wonderful sites in the Black Hills. It is a few blocks to walk downtown Hill City but not too far. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is very nice and helpful. The AC worked very well for the summer months. Be sure to rent bikes from the shop just east of the hotel because the bike path is excellent and the e-assist bikes are great. The osprey nest next to the hotel is a bonus. "I liked the location . I arrived in town at 1:00pm and wanted to check in early because we wanted to head to Mount Rushmore right away. The parking lot was mostly empty except 2-3 cars. Worker said “no room was not ready”. So we had to check in at 8:00pm instead. Very frustrated. "My family and I recently stayed at this hotel property for four nights while on a road trip staying in the Black Hills. We checked in on a Monday night and checked out on Friday morning. The hotel is obviously very recently built, and the condition of the property was evident of that. Everything seemed new and fresh. I was charged by Expedia for this stay The girl then charged me when I checked in, she said she'd reverse it and it's still not reversed and now I see TWO MORE charges from them after check out.
