Great stay, very clean room and property. The free breakfast was hot and fresh each day. The staff were lovely and welcoming. Would definitely stay again if ever in New York.

Overall it was great - the bed was very comfortable! Nice TV. There was no hairdryer or extra TP, but they sent some right up. Good breakfast - but very crowded! Only things that might make the rooms nicer - there is no clock, no fridge, no microwave, and no coffee maker. Great location - very short walk to Penn/Amtrak. Close to some good restaurants/bars... I recommend the Triple Crowne - take a right out of the front door and a right on 7th - it's right there!

Breakfast was really quite incredible considering the number of people who were there!! Fruit, pastries, eggs, protein and potatoes or biscuits every day. Room was functional with modern clean bathroom. Front desk staff could not have been more helpful!!!

Very close to Madison Square Garden so very convenient in terms of location. Breakfast was good but there are not enough seats to accommodate everyone. Very crowded and hard to move around. There are many places to sit and eat outside but only if the weather is good. Staff was friendly and the room and facilities were clean.

It was a good stay and a hotel with a great location. Friendly staff and a clean facility. My only warning to visitors is to bring something to cover the peephole. Definitely an issue there.

Tight quarters don't matter if all you need is a bed at a reasonable price in a good location to see the sights or just enjoy dining, shopping, and people watching in New York City. The hotel is located near public transportation, and the continental breakfast was great! Staff was polite and helpful. There's no pool or gym; but who needs a swimming pool if you're there to see New York City; and who needs a gym if you'll get plenty of exercise walking the streets of New York?

Breakfast and location were the high points. The staff were excellent and helpful. Our room was great, but the tub was plugged and wouldn’t drain. We had to ask three different times to get it drained. They did drain it and were efficient, but it continuously was an issue. Staff were great, but this was very inconvenient when trying to get ready for the day. The room was tidied, but randomly no garbage can or hairdryer. They were great to provide once we asked. The room was clean and I’d consider staying again for location and breakfast alone; however , the housekeeping component was lacking.

The staff earned five stars for first-rate service including accommodating us with early check in and late check out plus baggage storage for a few hours. The room was newly renovated and very comfortable and clean. Will definitely return!
