"This is our second stay here. The location on Royal Street is perfect for anywhere you want to go in the FQ. The lobby area is gorgeous and feels luxurious from the moment you walk in. Staff are always wonderful. We used the pool for the first time on this last trip and it was very relaxing and clean. ..."

"The power went out for several hours. No backup power was available. From 10:30pm til about 6am in the morning there was no power and no AC. No relief was offered and no refund was given for any of these issues."

"Hotel was dirty and the toilet in room did not work. Only plus to hotel was its location. Courtyard room was quiet re Burbon Street noise. I would not stay here again."
