The Old No. 77 Hotel & Chandlery
"AC in the room intermittently worked— the room remained warm and stuffy. The ceiling fan in the room was on the lowest setting and could not be adjusted. The fridge inside the room was locked and could not be used. The ice/water machine in the hallway on the 4th floor did not work at all."
