La Quinta Inn & Suites hotels in New Hartford

"Overall it was a nice stay. It's an older building so some things were to be expected. The tub wasn't draining but maintenance took care of it right away. The room was clean but the desk and chair needed to be wiped down. The heat knocked a little but it was nice and warm. The staff was friendly and accommodating and we were able to bring our dog along, so that was a big plus. "

"Drag racing in parking garage woke us at 2:00 a.m.!!!! Sounds of engines revving and brakes screeching. A crowd was present cheering on the racing. I called front desk and they said they had received several complaints and were dispatching security but it went on until 5 a.m. The next morning there were tire marks all over the garage where our car was parked. I do not have any words for this. Where was security? Why were the police not called? How was this allowed to happen while guests were sleeping? Why would they put the guests' cars at risk? The front desk acknowledged this incident and said they would comp us a room for the future but we do not have any plans to return. We are presently waiting for hotels.com to contact property for a refund . "

"Parking well lit as well as in front of the doors and surrounding areas, lawn well maintained, outside was clean and free of debris. Inside lacked updating and cleaning. Shower head corroded as well as faucets, shower grout dirty with buildup. Room in desperate need of dusting and deep cleaning. Animal hairs found throughout rokm. Mattress very hard and uncomfortable. Carpets need shampooing to get the dank smell out. Windows and sills need cleaning, Tv would not change from initial channel. Towels were stiff and scratchy. Staff was very friendly and main office was inviting. Fridge, cupboards and microwave were clean."

"Suite was under construction with dust in lobby and pool closed. Bathroom door lock didn't work and toilet stopped working at end of stay."

"Nice casino but for 360 a room it was terrible. No keurig k cups not bottled waters no microwave no fridge no extra amenities. The room was small sub par for 360 dollars the vending machine didn’t work if I needed a drink. The water was cold didn’t even take a shower or fleshing up as I was there for a concert. Very very very dissatisfied"
