"Had a very bad experience staying at this hotel, my worst in all my years as Expedia customer customer. The staff was responsive and helpful but I had to deal with a lot of issues with the room.. The air conditioning kept turning off, water was not coming in tap or shower sometimes. Had to call reception multiple times to fix issues in the room. The last day of our stay my wife got food poisoning eating food from their room service, which was the last straw & most serious for us."

"I think a lot of Western tourists might be leery because it's not a familiar brand, but it was a great property, great room, great staff. Very happy, would stay again. My only minor criticism is that the on-site restaurant/bar hours were a little erratic, but there's plenty of options within a very short (and safe) walk. Could also use a few more lounges around the pool."
