"The hotel has staff 24 hrs which is Good. The hotel reception area is very comforting. However, staff are not very friendly. Check in is quite fast as it can be done online. However, online registration for deposit sucks. I have to tap again in the hotel card counter. I told them can you just charged it on the card i registered. He keeps on asking i have to present my actual card. Room is quite clean and received a complimentary drinks on the bar. However, was not able to used them because there was even no bottle opener. I even asked in the morning. But still wasnt came to my room. Food breakfast is good. Easy check out"

"The main cafeteria room was not available to go eat in during restaurant operation, there was not really anywhere to eat or heat our lunch (maybe it is only because we took the "cell" room but nonetheless...). The room itself lacks a couple of things, first is shower and toilet privacy with semi translucide walls, the steps to get on top of bunk beds are so small that it hurts your feet, the window is too high for a normal person to be able to access it and open or close it... Good idea but implementation is to be revisited..."
