"We recently stayed at Rockwater Secret Cove Resort, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. The property is very run down and appears to be in serious need of maintenance. Our room was not clean, and there were several issues that made the stay uncomfortable and concerning. The TV did not work, the heater was broken and seemed unsafe, and the bathroom door actually jammed while my child was inside, which was very frightening. "Davis Brook Retreat is not to be missed! The property is stunning, peaceful, and had everything you could need. The hot tub was amazing! Feels very remote while also being less than a 10 minute drive into town. The owners also gave us some great hiking recommendations! Would 100% stay here again. "
