"Everyone and everything at Albergo Cappello was exceptional !!! The morning breakfast receptionist was one of the most genuine persons we have met in over 20 years of travel. I wish I knew her name because she personally made us feel welcome every morning. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious in every way, the wait staff was wonderful as was the afternoon/evening reception. We will remember this stay for many years. Thank you❤️"
"We stayed here for 2 nights before a cruise. Loved this property. Was convenient for us to shop and dine in Ravenna and walkable to the train station! The room was spacious and clean. We loved the outdoor garden area for sitting with a drink at night. I had a travel party of grandmother/mom/grandson and we all loved the experience! Would highly recommend."
"The staff was amazing! They were so friendly accommodating and very helpful. Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. They even provided an amazing outdoor brunch which was much appreciated.
