"My favorite place to stay in Accra. Everyone here is lovely and they really want to make you feel welcome. The location is wonderful as well! I've stayed in just about every room at Somewhere Nice and its always clean and comfortable. Also the food options are really good!"

"Property is nice and room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good with many delicious options. The restaurant was overly priced with a salmon dish costing a whopping $56.00 which in my opinion is ridiculous. Better off going off site and having an equally satisfying meal for half of the price"

"The staff was unbelievably accommodating. Rex at the front desk went above and beyond. His help turned what could have been a disaster into a most pleasurable stay. Thank you Rex."

"The staff, especially Daisy, were professional, friendly and especially accommodating. Daisy was attentive and took excellent care of us. The young men were attentive and helped us with our luggage. When it was less crowded, I had efficient service in the restaurant. One suggestion, instruct the guests on how to turn on the hot water for showers. Also, before booking, advise the guest that there are no elevators

"I was traveling to the U.S. and had to overnight in Accra. Novotel was clean, staff friendly, and the food tasty (although the room service a bit slow)."

"This being my third visit to Pelican, several of the staff I met earlier greeted me and it was almost like extended family. The physical layout was nice before and even better now. Our suite was very comfortable and spacious; it had a great kitchen and separate place to work at a desk. The quiet rooms and serene atrium are a peaceful contrast to the noise that fills much of the city and beyond. Service was great--the only improvement area is the front desk needs to have change available for people paying in cash (plus to provide for tips, etc.)."
"Their staff were professional yet cordial and the manager or boss there was really careling. The room was neat and tidy.
Definitely going to come by and also recommend to others.

"My Mother and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The Customer service was very good and the room was very clean and comfortable. We were in a convenient location for City Tours too which was handy. The restaurant at the hotel was also very good although there were always a few things that were unavailable, especially desserts.
All of the staff were very polite to us and made our experience better. They also provide shuttle for the airport which was perfect. We will definitely consider this hotel if we return to Accra "
"I was a little concerned since the hotel was so reasonably priced. But the service there was great. Everyone went out of their way to be as accommodating as possible. The accommodations are basic but clean. Breakfast in the restaurant was fine. Always ate dinner out so I can't comment on that. For those who have travelled in West Africa, the electricity was 24/7, as was wifi. showers were always hot. I realize that may not seem like much, but in West Africa you can't take those things for granted. I would certainly stay there again."
