"The hotel staff was wonderful, breakfast was complimentary every morning. I didn’t get to enjoy the pool but the upstairs was very beautiful and the view was awesome. When the rain was pouring hard the light does go off but this hotel have a back of generator so you don’t have to worry about that being off for a long time. I enjoy everything about this hotel, and will be my go to hotel every time I visit"

"Good value for money Hotel in central Accra, close to all ministries and business districts. The room was actually good size and bed comfortable. Lots of meeting rooms for seminars. Amenities (Pool and Gym) are decent. Staff was friendly, and the manager was willing to improve things when highlighted (more linen in the bathroom for example)."

"This hotel is overpriced for what you get. Clean room, some of staff friendly, breakfast is good, spa is good. Property needs better maintenance."

"Overpriced and not 5-star standards. The lobby and grounds are impressive, staff are accomodating, wifi is good. But my first room had maintenance issues so I had to change rooms. Sadly, there was a cockroach inside a food tray during the breakfast buffet. Air conditioning isn't reliable. Hotel is overpriced for the quality, unfortunately, I would not stay again."

"there were a few issues with things not working in the room, like the phone, toaster, microwave. Then the toilet wasn't flushing. i had to be moved to another room. that was inconvenient and took time from my exploration time. my room key stopped working several times and i kept having to get it reactivated. that was very annoying. otherwise it's a nice place to stay and the staff were nice. i really appreciated having a nice apartment to myself."

"I liked the room set up. I didn't like the fact that there was no robe in the closet. I also found a tiny cockroach in the the bathroom. Hopefully it's just a one off incident. Otherwise infestation must be checked for. Thanks"

"There is no elevator for now so you will have to climb a ton of steps. Great employees,quite noisy with motor bike sounds and car horns blaring at the dead of night."

"Food expensive with quality no many choice if you are not local. Same desert same starter same food. The hotel is expensive and does not have all the standard for the price."

"Room needs proper renovation"

"The room and property were very nice. However, the mattress on the bed was definitely the hardest, most uncomfortable, mattress I've even had in a hotel/apartment rental. I spent more time sleeping on the couch than the bed throughout the week. We asked our hostess about it and she said she would talk to the landlord, but no change was made. It's unfortunate because everything else about the place was nice."

"The Paloma Hotel is a very good hotel. The staff is very friendly. Our room was very big and exactly the way we ordered it. Different from other hotels in Ghana all the amenities work like the air-conditioning and the hotel even has an elevator. The Paloma Hotel was the only hotel in Ghana we stayed in with an elevator. "We couldn’t enter the front entrance , the gate was padlocked . We drove past three times until someone directed us to enter through the parking garage. We got to the reception area there had chains and a large lock preventing anyone from entering the main entrance. It made me very uncomfortable. The room was nice but first impression has the greatest impact."
