When we originally got there the sink in our bathroom did not work. They were able to fix it. The lobby shop is overpriced and the prices are incorrect. This hotel is not the most family friendly or clean but if you want to be on broadway near all the attractions then this works.

Bed had a large stain, I did not receive my credit for the Go Green even though the front desk said I will get it, typical breakfast is usually included with staying at the hotel but it was not and charged $15 for watered down orange juice and frozen fruits.
