Fabricated bathrooms No facial tissues Bathroom was rather small. I guess it was ok for a one night stay. Not sure I would call it GRAND HOTEL it’s conveniently located. Should spend more money on upgrading the rooms rather than the lobby. My two cents

The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Haneda Airport Terminal 3
Small hotel, needs a refresh, carpet is pulling up and has rolls from all the suitcases. Bed is extremely hard as are the pillows. If you’re in a pinch and don’t want to leave the airport you will get a captive audience hotel.
