"Stayed 2 days. Did not get to use all the amenities. Comfortable beds, nice shower, average tv viewing, very clean. Reasonable cost. They do not automatically clean or reset your room during your stay. I'm sure you could ask though. Breakfast was very average if that. But I generally do not appreciate hotel breakfast. Location is great. Nice walking area near the water. Very pet friendly. Pro tip: If there is going to be heavy storms or wind during your stay, avoid the top 4th floor. Very noisy on the roof. But I certainly would go back."

"Tiny amount of water in shower no HOT water so couldn’t shower. Random full sized fridge in our room that was not plugged in and smelled horrid inside. It wasn’t needed since we had a mini fridge. It we found in the am our items all frozen. Smelled horrible in our room and we were uncomfortable with even taking our shoes and socks off. When we checked in the attendant said we hadn’t booked a PET room and after some harassment said we would have to pay almost what we paid for the room for the pet on top of our already paid amount on Expedia. Remote for tv had been taped together but it had come open and had to hold it to keep it closed. Horrible experience. Left early in the am after no showers and no breakfast as we didn’t dare due to our experience thus far. 0-of 10 and were usually pretty understanding on most issues. "

"The only things I didn't like were the bed and pillows. Which I guess is pretty important, but the rest was fantastic! Pillows were too big, and bed was too firm. "

"There's a indoor pool guys!!! The staff is superb. Especially the woman who is the chiefs fan. Heads up they don't do tap pay. So make sure you have your card in hand.. I loved the size of room and I wish I knew how nice this hotel was I would've stayed here my full stay. Forget going to somewhere in downtown it's all about Lee Summits. "
