I still went in and enjoyed floating alone in the sun Our room was clean and attended to daily, unfortunately towels are highly rationed. Over all the accommodations are SIGNIFICANTLY BETTER than the office would suggest. I would definitely return "

"Expedia put me and my wife in a wheelchair room, something that would not have happened if I went directly through the hotel. Unfortunately, having no counter space and a sink next to the bed, and our wake up times 2 hours apart, it made for a miserable experience trying to shave and brush teeth in the dark, my wife was not happy and neither was I, I called expedia and they basically said it is what it is, otherwise the manager at the hotel was great and apologetic, we cut our trip short as it was not livable"
