Easy to find and the responsiveness from staff was great. Check in and check out made easy. About a 15mn walk to the train station to get around everywhere! And the water from the shower was so warm! Loved it!

Great location, walking distance from city center and next to a famous square, nearby a lot of restaurants and bars. The host was super available and nice to accommodate several requests. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and brand new, I will definitely come back during my stay in Naples. Highly recommended

Communication and Check in via WhatsApp. Check in went smooth. I liked the apartment very much. Modern and clean. Small fridge and cutlery were available. It is located at a main road but when you close the windows the sound is isolated very well. Air Conditioning available but I did not need it. Bus stops close by and / or a small walk to Napoli central for the Metro or the Airport shuttle. In contrary to many other hotels, I could pay the Tourist Tax online instead of cash. I would book it again.

Not what we expected. The “suites” are 3 rooms in a very run down apartment building. The room was clean and painted fresher than the building . The suites are 5 stories up, building elevator is tiny(even by euro standards). The shower tray was clogging and left standing water for a while. The location is very close to airport(15 min) but far from anything touristy. Super noisy location with loud traffic and people noise all through the night. Was ok for what we needed which was one night before we flew out, would not stay here if we planned to walk around city for tourist attractions. Staff was super responsive and very helpful!!

The room is excellent and very clean, with amenities such as refrigerator and kitchen ware. Bathroom also very spacious and clean. Room lighting options are outstanding from dim, soft light for relaxing to bright overhead light for packing. Entrance to the building was difficult to find despite being at the right address. Also, access into the building, a little awkward with luggage and backpack, requiring a step through a small wooden door to enter building. Recommend better signage and instructions to access the rooms. Area around building has numerous options from Coffee to meal options, groceries and shopping. Building is very convenient to airport, only 10 to 15 minute car ride.

A/C and internet were excellent. Apartment clean, comfy and accessible for Naples sightseeing. Door Entry was a bit confusing at first but staff came quickly to resolve and we managed for the rest of our stay. Whatsapp contact with staff was prompt and always dealt with to our satisfaction.

The area around the B&B is not upscale. That said, it’s a short walk to some very nice restaurants. Taxi service is very good. The residential apartments which the B&B are middle class and the residents are very nice people. The is a small lift. The B&B has been nicely remodeled into three suites. They are secure and have a nice view. The owner stays in contact using WhatsApp. There is WiFi and streaming TV. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern and efficient. Ther is a small refrigerator but no microwave or stove. However coffee and restaurants are just downstairs or within a block as are a couple of small stores. The coffee shop in the building only takes Euros, all the other stores around take credit cards. We found this B&B a good base for our expeditions around the Naples area.

We spent one night here after 18 days around Italy. We were flying home from Naples airport, and this was close. The suite itself was very nice. BUT...it was supposed to be unlocked with the key inside and it wasn't. There are four doors to go thru. Street, tiny lift, entrance to suites, and door to room. The person on WhatsApp was trying to help, but it didn't work, (a slight language barrier?). After about 15 minutes of me sweating in the little "lobby," his boss came to let me in. He said the housekeeper forgot to leave it unlocked with the key inside. Well someone should check that before arrivals! Also, there was no shampoo in the bottle on the wall of the nice shower. This isn't the property's fault at all, but parking is impossible in this area. We had an early flight, and planned to drop the luggage, and return our rental car to the airport, and taxi back to apartment. But since there's no parking at all, it was tough to do that, especially with the 3' by 3' lift. Great view from the place, though the deck floors could use a rinse off. Don't go out in barefeet or socks. And you can hear street noise at night, even over my sound machine. Great a/c, and our first tv with streaming services since we arrived in Italy. A nice touch. I'm glad we decided not to visit Naples in general. It didn't feel very safe, though we didn't have any incidents. There's an excellent seafood restaurant down the main street - A figlio d'o Marenaro.

Good facilities in GREAT location. Taxi stand is 10 meters from door and bus 201 direct to major attractions starts 1 block away so you always get a seat. Interior was all new furnishings and TV was best ever.
