Best location and best stay in Napoli!!

The stay was great, it has the best location in Napoli, very safe and everything is close by walking distance from the hotel. The rooms are very secured with a security guard, surveillance cameras and a special door to access to your room. The room is big, very clean and comfortable. The staffs are very helpful and kind. The price was very cheap when compared to other hotels around and for the quality you get 😇

SABENA. SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE NEVER AGAIN AVOID THIS HOTEL EXCEPT YOU WANT TO PARTY THE WHOLE NIGHT WITH THE CLUBS AND BARS AROUND THE HOTEL. YOU ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE HURRICANE. NO SLEEP POSSIBLE, even with Noisestoppers in the ears.

Somewhat disappointing

Not a real hotel in my opinion, rooms in separate entrances with no common reception. We never even saw the staff. So we felt a lack of service and directions. Works well for what it is, and there is an excellent pub in the backyard.

Un séjour très onéreux sans facilités !!!

Nous avons payé 100 euros par nuit pour un Hotel qui n'est pas un hotel comme indiqué sur votre site mais des chambres d'hôtes sans en être. Il se trouve au deuxième étage d'un bâtiment vétuste et est desservi par un escalier sans lumière et qui date du 18eme siècle. L'ascenseur annoncé sur votre site est un ascenceur en métal rouillé genre cage d'une personne qui, on nous a dit, pouvait être utilisé !!! Nous n'en avons rien fait evidemment tellement cela paraissait incroyable ! La responsable n'était pas toujours présente donc il était difficile de poser les questions urgentes et nécessaires. Le Wifi marchait dans le bureau de la responsable mais était très aléatoire dans notre chambre. On nous a fait croire que cela venait de notre téléphone: rien n'a été fait à ce effet. Dans une chaleur étouffante pas de frigo ou d'endroit central où placer à manger ou à boire ni de coffre-fort pour y mettre les choses de valeur. Et pour finir, l'un de nous a été très sérieusement piqué par des punaises de lit !!! (chambre 203) et en souffre encore .

La stanza aveva i minimi requisiti utili. Mancava una postazione di lavoro utile. C'era solo un piccolo tavolino rotondo che a fatica conteneva il PC. Il frigorifero non é fornito di bevande, forse si dovrebbe segnalarlo. E' una specie di alloggio a metà fra un appartamento ed una struttura con servizi dedicati. Però esiste una reception o almeno persone sempre contattabili. E questo é sicuramente un pregio.
