Very clean and bright, no one is on site, so check in was a challenge but it worked. Nothing was open on Sunday night locally so dinner was hard to find, but they had snacks, water and cookies available so we totally made due. Contact 72 hours before to ensure smooth check in, we had no phone so this was difficult. Cab to the airport was $25 they picked us up at 3 am no problem.

There wad a coffee pot with coffee, tea, sugar, cookies and candies in the room. Also, there was a dining area with all the necessary things for you to prepare a meal plus a breakfast included

This is a self check in.. If you don't get the codes you will be standing there for awhile waiting for someone to show up.. Had to walk up stairs, the new elevator isn't working yet.. Pillows are about 2 inches of hard foam..Decent bathroom.. Modern inside.. Close to things..

We booked to stay in the ‘romantic’ Room. It’s nothing like the photos, more like student accommodation with just enough room to get round the bed. Staff are miserable and the ‘view’ from the room looks like a prison yard. Even though we agreed a time to enter we had to wait half an hour before a neighbour let us in. No-one there so we rang the 1st number who didn’t speak English and hung up on us. No answer with 2nd number. Finally got hold of someone with the 3rd number who came and let us in. There was no greeting whatsoever. He showed us to the room, gave us our keys and went away. N.B. there is a ‘disco effect’ shower head - so, if you have flashing light issues this is not the place for you. It’s very noisy and you can hear other toilets flush and noise in the hallway at all hours. When we posted our initial opinion via an email sent from Expedia, we had a rather nasty email from the owner basically saying, try finding a place to stay at this price somewhere else, and that if we wanted to leave we could have a small refund. In the meantime the shutter had got jammed and we asked them to fix it. They didn’t. We had to climb on the windowsill to pull it down which fixed it. Managed to stay 3 nights out of the 7 booked and told them we would take up their offer of the refund and left by 11.00am and went somewhere else. They now refuse to refund and want us to pay for the blind that is already fixed! Absolute nightmare.

The room was upgraded and clean. It was close to city center so that helped but there was garbage on the streets and smell was horrible. I would not stay in that part of Naples. Also breakfast was pre packaged and stale.

The rooms look like recently renovated, very clean. The breakfast is nothing special but coffee/capuchino is excellent. The staff is accommodating if you need anything. The location is in the middle of a busy neighborhood, so this place is just to stay for a night or two and go.

역에서 정말 가까움

역에서 정말 정말 가깝습니다. 역 정문이 아니라 구글 지도를 따라 옆문으로 나오면 바로 숙소로 들어가는 골목이 보입니다. 걸어서 5분도 안됩니다. 구글지도에 정확하게 위치가 표시되어 있지만, 막상 아파트에 도착해서 헤맸습니다. 따로 간판이 있는 것도 아니고 건물 입구 벨에 표시되어 있지도 않았습니다. 그래서 어디로 가야할지 몰라하고 있으니 같은 건물에 사시는 분이 알려줘서 호수를 찾아갔습니다. 근데 숙소에 사람이 없어 문앞에 붙여진 번호로 전화를 해야 관리하시는 분이 와서 체크인을 해줍니다. 그 외엔 방도 깨끗하고 아침도 그런대로 괜찮습니다. 숙소 주변이 그리 좋질 못합니다만 나폴리 자체가 그러니... 나폴리 유명 피자집이나 쇼핑거리까지 걸어다닐 수 있는 거리라 짐이 많고 역에서 가까운 숙소 찾으신다면 나쁘지 않는 곳입니다.

The problem with this B&B is that is in a terrible area in a terrible city , Napoli , in a terrible place with rude people and disgusting surroundings . Not an enjoy full experience at all . The B&B is quite nice on the inside but that is where it ends . Not a recommended trip .

Great little find.

Not in the most salubrious part of town but great for the Central station if you are only here for Pompeii and the other sites out of town. The staff were wonderfully welcoming and couldn't do enough for us, no one spoke English but with my limited Italian and Google we all got by. The hotel was beautifully clean with a great breakfast.

All the aspects of a big city are just outside ---ie litter traffic busy etc but this is a real oasis among that Done up to the highest standard We were offered a cup of coffee when booking in --nice touch------ Would recommend
