Me and my family came down from 3 hours & wanted to swim but the pool was closed which made us sad. But besides that everything else was great. There were a lot a good restaurants near by."

"The website indicated self-parking at the hotel. but upon check-in, they demanded $12 per night. The hotel employee was rather rude about it and offered no other options. (Such as nearby street parking.) Spotted empty alcoholic beverage containers littered on the hotel grounds."

"Staff treated us Royally. Met Giovanni at check in, gave me a list places great fining options (we chose Duke’s on the River). He, Ray and third helper worked us through key issues (key card kept by phone demagnetized it). Ray plucked my daughter’s earring from the bottom of the pool. Really nice welcoming attitude overall."
