Sheraton Nanchang Hotel
Charged much higher fees than market price for booking a vehicle to airport for guests and the vehicle was too tight. The driver seems not very friendly and no one from the hotel came out to help loading our luggage. Other than these, we had a very good experience with this hotel.

The hotel is kind of old. Need renovations. The front desk personnel is not helpful. They are not willing to help. When we check out early in the morning we asked them to help us to get a couple of taxis they said they can’t. I’ve never heard of any hotels can’t help their customers getting a taxi. ...
