A very pleasant stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nagoya Station. We went to Nagoya as our base place for the F1 weekend. The standard room was of decent size - I could open 1 big luggage and 1 small luggage with the floor space, and that says a lot with hotel sizes in Japan 😁 A simple breakfast was included during our stay - I enjoyed the different types of miso paste for soup. A convenient 5-7 minute walk to the Nagoya station and aplenty of food options. Our room was facing the main road, but we didn't hear the noise outside (apart from rare occasions a loud car passing/roaring by - probably a Porsche by the soundof it). We didn't have much interaction with the reception as we were provided or can get everything we needed in the room or at the reception for the coffee and toiletries. The hotel, while it looked a bit dated, is very clean and I will still give it a solid 5 star rating and will stay here again if we go to Nagoya in the near future.

It was very close to bus and train station and was very convenient. With convenience store, restaurant nearby, everything was close by and really easy to find food. Property was clean. Only thing I wanted was the window to be able to open. Besides that it was good hotel to stay overall.

Limited laundry machine which are combine for washing & drying is not efficient. There are guests who did not attended their washing which prevent other people from using the washing machine once the cycle is complete.

Excellent location for those use bus a lot

Very near to Meitetsu Line. For those arrive late from Nagoya NGO airport using Meitetsu Line, with big luggage, it is very convenient. From Nana Chan doll about 300m walking distance. Clean, looked new but pillow not too comfortable.

Great location near to station. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. Loads of shopping nearby. Nice hotel. Lovely room on 10th floor in the corner. Great laundry facilities. Mostly the staff were great, but not all.

Clean, comfort and big bed for 3 including a baby.

Excellent location which near the train station and bus terminal! Good location is look for food and meal too. Highly recommended to family who needs to take care of the elderly and babies.

Helpful staff

Chosen a smoking room by my own mistake and the friendly staff was able to accommodate our family despite limited availability. Very near the main Nagoya station, lots of shopping and restaurants.

The hotel is about a 5 to 10 minute walk from Nagoya Station. There are plenty of options for food and shopping. There are two restaurants on the ground floor and a convenient store around the corner. The front desk is located on the second floor. There is also an open space with comfortable seating and travel guides. The hotel is clean and modernized. Our window faced a stripped building that looked like a candy cane.The room is small, but large enough for those will little luggage.

Close to JR Station

Close to jr and trains. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Rooms are a good size, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast.

Daiwa Roynet....always a good choice.

They use outside 2 restaurants for there breakfast, which were mediocre, both the Western breakfast and the Japanese Breakfast. Friendly staff, great location, 5 minute walk to all the trains at JR Nagoya station.

Fab value for money. Would stay again.

The hotel was better than what I’d expected. Location was great and easy to find - near Nagoya Station. The included breakfast was a nice touch, with a local collaboration with a coffee house and Japanese quick meal place (coupon machine). The Japanese selection had 4 choices while the Western selection had 3. The whole experience for one night made me consider staying at Daiwa Roynet in other cities.

Comfortable stay

The hotel location is good and very close to subway and bus terminal, there are many different types of restaurants downstairs. Will recommend to all types of travellers as it’s very good value for money and comfortable for stay. It has everything for stay.
